The work of Danish author Janne Teller, "War. Imagine if it were here", is more topical than ever. It puts us in a frighteningly personal perspective: what if Germany were a war zone and we ourselves had to flee?

The production, based on the Polish "Poor Theater", relies on radical reduction.

reduction. The actor, his text and the Monobloc - a plastic chair used worldwide and a symbol of globalization - take center stage. This sparseness gives the text absolute concentration, while the reduced acting style reinforces the content.

"War. Imagine if it were here" is not a classic evening of theater, but an invitation to reflect. It is a call to become aware of the fragility of peace and to question one's own position in the world.

An intense evening of theater that will have a long-lasting effect.
