NEWYORK CITY. Eine literarisch-musikalische Kulturreise

Hardly any other city in the world has such a rich literary history as New York City. The metropolis on the Hudson River forms the backdrop for numerous novels, stories and reports.
The entertaining program is a combination of photo lecture, reading and live music with a selection of songs that refer to the city or were written in New York, such as "Walk on the Wilde Side".

The literary works of Toni Morrison as a representative of African-American literature, J. D. Salinger ("The Catcher in the Rye"), Jack Kerouac ("On the Road") and Truman Capote ("Breakfast at Tiffany's") will also be presented.
Journalist Helge Stroemer and violinist Angelika Rusche-Göllnitz are delighted to present a special literary and musical cultural journey to the "Big Apple".
