Continuum" - Opulent smooth jazz at its finest
Some careers are like comets that shoot up just as quickly as they burn up again. For jazz trumpeter and passionate mountaineer Nils Wülker, who was infected with the blue notes virus by Miles Davis, however, things have been moving steadily upwards for around 20 years. With his highly acclaimed projects with an impressive range between electro and hip-hop, he has become one of the most renowned jazz musicians in Europe, delighting a growing audience with elegantly atmospheric sounds and driving grooves. "Continuum" represents a temporary peak in Wülker's work, in which a jazz band and an orchestra meet at eye level.
