An evening all about the land of the hottest rhythms and jeito brasileiro - the Brazilian attitude to life, the magic of which you can't escape

Stadtstrand celebrates the culture and tradition of this place of longing and presents a selection of art, culture, tradition and culinary delights with the Noite Brasileira.

The evening will be hosted by:

Monique Rocha was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro.

She came to Germany at the age of 21.

She has pursued various musical projects over the years: She has worked with various well-known musicians.

Today she devotes herself mainly to samba, bossa nova and Brazilian ballads and international pop and works together with guitarist Flavio Nunes, among others.

5 pm: FORRÓ dance workshop with dancers from the Forró community and social dance
6 pm: authentic street food from TAPIO QUINHA
8 pm: MONIQUE ROCHA and FLAVIO NUNEZ live in concert - samba, bossa nova and hot Brazilian rhythms
