With NORLYZ, it's time to take off, glide intoxicatingly and float in pure ecstasy. The electro-acoustic live band consisting of wind instruments, cello, drums, piano and electronica combines the warmth and fragility of acoustic instruments with the precision and energy of electronic music to create handmade electronic dance jazz - danceable and nuanced at the same time, inspired by techno, world music and jazz. Behind Norlyz is a collective of long-standing musical friendship between sound engineer Paul David Heckhausen, trumpeter Philipp Püschel, saxophonist Lasse Golz and cellist Gábor Hartyáni. Together with singer Malika Alaoui, who has already lent her siren-like voice to Cirque du Soleil as a soloist for Alegria, NORLYZ are now making the little store shake and float with their brand new EP AURORA.
