Norman Keil - Anyone who has ever seen the singer and songwriter, who lives in Giessen (Hesse) and was born in Erfurt (Thuringia), live is a fan. His lyrics are so direct and the stories so close, honest and often painfully beautiful that every single song opens up a little world that you are only too happy to let yourself fall into. Norman Keil has been presenting himself to his ever-growing audience for 10 years now.

After a few years alongside the Wingenfelder brothers (Fury in the Slaughterhouse) and numerous tours and support shows for greats such as Udo Lindenberg, Johannes Oerding, Peter Maffay, Gregor Meyle, Max Giesinger, Stefanie Heinzmann, Stanfour, Elif, Michael Schulte, Michael Patrick Kelly, Laith Al Deen and Fools Garden, his name is no longer an insider tip in the German pop universe. From fall 2023, Norman Keil will be on the road with his upcoming album "KOLOSSAL" on the stages and dance halls of our republic, with new and long-forgotten stories.

For every song, there is an incident, a memory or a feeling that he can put into words musically. In "Springen in die Nacht", for example, Keil describes the fall of the Berlin Wall from the perspective of a ten-year-old. This is his most personal song, he says, because his parents went to the West in 1992 and he has lived in the Giessen area ever since.
