good conversation, fine drinks, relaxed elegance - and a view you won't forget.

A summer night over the city.

An evening characterized by live music, cool drinks, culinary delights and a breathtaking atmosphere.

Highlight of the evening:
The big fireworks display at the Düsseldorf Rhine funfair at 22:30.

The evening ends on the roof terrace at 00:00. Those who wish can end the evening in style in the Ruby Luna hotel bar.
Please note: Orders after midnight are no longer included in the ticket.

Your ticket includes:
- exclusive reception with Gosset champagne from Silke's wine cellar
- free choice of wine, beer and soft drinks until midnight
- fine food and finger food from FreiRaum Catering
- Small surprises throughout the evening

Not included:
- Cocktails, long drinks and spirits (can be ordered separately à la carte at the bar)

Chic. Elegant. Summery.
Please dress appropriately for the setting - relaxed, stylish.
Due to the altitude, it may be slightly cooler in the evening.

Note for ladies:
The roof terrace has open flooring. We recommend avoiding narrow, high heels.

Parking
We recommend the parking garage at Carlsplatz (a few minutes' walk from the hotel).

Note on accessibility of the roof terrace and accessibility
The roof terrace at the Ruby Luna Hotel is a special highlight - but it is not barrier-free.
The elevator takes you comfortably up to the 12th floor, the last section to the roof terrace (13th floor) is only accessible via a staircase.

We ask all guests to take appropriate care and wear sturdy shoes when climbing the stairs.
Access is at your own risk.

Photographs and videos will be taken during the event and may be used for documentation, marketing and PR purposes (e.g. on social media, the website or in press releases). By entering the event, you declare your consent to this.
