nuk is a process.

Between therapy sessions* and the band's living room studio in Cologne. Between the feeling that "masculinity" looks like an ill-fitting costume and the fear of vulnerability. This is where nuk, the self-titled project around the frontman and part-time cuddly bear you trust, comes into being.

The first EP emerges from a phase of deep introspection, separation, loss and fears. With lyrics that are direct, vulnerable and a little bit poetic, without sacrificing lightness.

With the upcoming debut EP "weniger ist doch nicht mehr", nuk delivers honestly broken kitsch on artsy pop instrumentals, bittersweet sing-along anthems adorned with rock attitudes and breaks all musical preconceptions, far from common clichés.

Live, it's honest, raw and beautifully weird: the live band triad is touring the DACH region in 2025.
