Sometimes we feel this quiet call within us - for warmth, for security, for a place where we can simply be ourselves. Just like we used to.

This call often comes from our inner child. It wants to play, feel, discover. And above all: to be seen and nurtured.

In this workshop, we will open up a loving space in which you can connect with your inner child through writing and creative design.

A space where you can let go and express yourself - intuitively and without expectations.

Because that is exactly what your inner child needs so much: your loving attention and permission to simply be.

Together with Janina (journaling facilitator & mental health expert) and Sabrina (founder of Soulful Things), you will embark on a creative and mindful journey to yourself.

What awaits you:

• Guided meditation to arrive.
• Journaling session with targeted writing impulses around your inner child.
• Design of a personal healing stone bracelet as an anchor for your creative side.
• Guided inner child journey to consciously connect with your inner child.
• Coffee and snacks for the soul.

This workshop is just right for you if you simply want to be creative again and let out your childlike side - no matter how old you are or what stage of life you are in.

You don't need any previous knowledge. Please bring something to write with you.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know in good time. Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 5 days before the workshop. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged. Cancellations within the last 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount. Alternatively, you can also provide a replacement person - in this case there is no cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding!
