The Odonische Freitagsbühne is back.
Every Friday evening from May to September 2025, our sculpture garden will be a meeting place for live music and good vibes!

Between 6 and 10 p.m. there will be drinks, food and a varied soundtrack: punk, indie, soul, rock, cumbia, funk, open mic, global sound, RnB and pop.

The concerts usually start at 6:30 pm. Admission is free.

All artists play for the hat - donations are expressly welcome. Come along, bring your friends and enjoy the summer with us.

27.06. from 6 to 10 pm

LORAIN @lorain_music

combines melancholy and lightness in her music, creating her very own sound. Her songs tell of self-discovery, love and inner struggles and are carried by her warm yet powerful voice. The music of the singer/songwriter from Wuppertal moves between folk, pop and rock. Her current single "You Don't Have To Try" is available on all streaming platforms. On stage, LORAIN is characterized by her authentic and relaxed manner.

AME (DUO) @ame_amournfulexperience

Sabine Bloch and André Urban are a songwriting duo from the Ruhr region. Their songs tell stories from everyday life and deal with love, friendship, war and personal matters. As well as performing with a full band, the two also play their songs, all original compositions, in smaller formations. Accompanied by cool drum beats and flowing bass lines, they take the audience on an emotive journey that is both captivating and moving. As a duo, their songs sound intimate, original and clear, so that you simply can't get enough.

TUNICA @tunica.music

The four-piece band from Cologne has been bringing a multi-layered sound between psych, wave and chanson to the stage since 2023, which serves a wide range of volume levels, often with a melodic and delicate sound and dissolves into cracks with distorted bass, guitars and synthesizers. Songwriter and singer Miriam focuses on moods that follow a hypnotic, enchanting and dark sound vision. Inspired by harmonic influences ranging from Johnny Marr to Ennio Morricone, Amri Pardo's guitars transport the songs into cinematic spheres and underline the dramaturgy of the lyrics.

MAR.CO @mar.co_music

His music combines soul, RnB, hip-hop & jazz with electronic sounds and takes listeners on a journey through different timbres and musical cultures - with Italian and English lyrics and moods ranging from upbeat drum & bass to Afrobeat dance tunes and gentle country ballads. After support shows for Whitesnake & Lukas Graham, appearances at Rock am Ring and numerous concerts as guitarist for André Schnurra, MAR.CO has been touring NRW and Germany with his own music in a trio or quartet (guitar, drums, bass, sometimes with trumpet) since 2024.

MALTA MINA @malta.mina

MALTA MINA is the project of producer, songwriter and singer Sebastian Witte. The unique electronic sound reflects influences from 80s pop, new wave and Neue Deutsche Welle. Sebastian writes songs that tell of great wanderlust, but also deal with social issues of justice and authenticity. With MALTA MINA, he has created spunky and captivating music that he performs live with passion.

Parcours @parcoursmusic

There are thoughts that you dwell on for a while, that you don't want to push away so easily. Parcours pack such thoughts into songs. And maybe it's not even about coming to a clear solution. As long as questions remain unanswered, there is also this tension between certainty and doubt, closeness and distance, going and staying, which is reflected in the music and lyrics of Parcours: Shimmering, open guitar sounds, wide chordal surfaces, two-part vocals, sometimes lush, sometimes gentle beats - laced together to form pop songs. If the band had to describe their style in two words, it would probably be "spherical indie pop".

Karla Lee @karlalee_music

Karla Lee has established herself as one of the most up-and-coming talents on the Cologne R&B scene in recent years. Her warm, deep voice and ability to wrap intimate emotions in a minimalist yet profound sound make her one of the most exciting newcomers of her time. In her songs, she sings about themes such as connection, fears and self-discovery, giving her listeners strength and an important surface for identification.

SAMMY MILO @sammymilo_music

Indie pop, with funk and rap - He is an up-and-coming artist from Germany and won the German Singer & Songwriter Award with his debut album. This brought him to the attention of Walt Disney in Florida and last year he played with his band for 8 weeks in America, representing German music with his own songs. There he shared the stage with Kool & the Gang, Boyz II Men, Sheila E. (drummer Prince, Hoobastank, Hanson, Yelllowcard and many more! The debut album reached 300,000 Spotify streams and was number 21 in the Amazon charts. The next album will be released next spring . www.sammymilo.de

Artists from the independent scene and newcomers, regardless of fame and professionalization, are given the opportunity to participate across genres. No costs are incurred by Odonien for the artists and admission is free for visitors.
