A day just for you - for movement, connection and enjoyment.

We meet in the morning at Halle71 in Neu-Isenburg, drop off our luggage and set off together at 10:30 am: approx. 80 km over quiet asphalt roads towards the Odenwald. Coffee pace (~24 km/h), relaxed vibe, room for good conversation and beautiful views.

Back in the summer garden in the backyard, coffee and cake await you before we switch to regeneration mode with a gentle yoga session. Mobility, stretch & breathing - ideal after the ride.

Afterwards: soul food, nibbles and easy hangout vibes. No program, no pressure - just be together, enjoy and celebrate the late summer day.
