The artistic director of Literaturbüro OWL Karsten Strack is offering regular author consultation hours in 2025, where (prospective) authors from the region can receive individual advice. Karsten Strack has been a publisher, cultural organizer, lecturer in creative writing and publishing at various universities and an author himself for many years.

He is happy to provide answers and suggestions to the following questions, among others: How do I place my manuscript as effectively as possible with a publisher or literary agency? Can self-publishing be a good option for me? What should I bear in mind when it comes to editing? Where and in what form do I make a public appearance? And how do I generally increase my profile as an author?
