Background:

The PLATZprojekt is a non-profit association in the heart of Hanover that has grown quickly and dynamically in recent years. The aim is to create an open place where ideas can be realized and projects can find a low-threshold space. With around 30 projects on site, over 200 events and 50 workshops, the PLATZprojekt provides an infrastructure for a diverse, socio-cultural offering for exchange or business start-ups.

The PLATZprojekt sees itself as a place of diversity. People with different biographies, interests, beliefs and expectations and from different social backgrounds come together here, regardless of origin, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, religion, culture, residence status, age, class, appearance or other affiliations and attributions. Our aim is to make the association a place that is sensitive to discrimination.
