Come with our press spokeswoman Julia Wütscher "from the roof to the basement" and take a look behind the scenes at the Capitol. Have you always wanted to see more than "just" the auditorium and foyer at the Capitol? Exciting stories about the "Old Lady", as we affectionately call our house, included.

As part of the partner network "The 1920s in Mannheim", we open our listed building to the public on four guided tours. Anyone interested in the architecture of the building and the careful refurbishment in 2018 is in good hands on the guided tours.

Unfortunately, the guided tour cannot be conducted by our former Managing Director Thorsten Riehle, as initially announced, due to postponements. We apologize for this.

Numerous Mannheim institutions are taking the exhibition "Die Neue Sachlichkeit - Ein Jahrhundertjubiläum" at the Kunsthalle Mannheim as an opportunity to offer events under the motto "The 1920s in Mannheim" from September 1, 2024 to March 9, 2025. The spectrum ranges from exhibitions, concerts and readings to theater, opera, film, guided tours, lectures, symposia and parties.
