The Rockabilly - Doo Wap - Surf - Rock 'n' Roll Night
Since 2016, the Old Slow Cats have been offering a mixture of classic rockabilly in the style of Elvis, Eddie Cochran or Gene Vincent and neo-rockabilly à la Stray Cats in their energetic live set. But instrumental surf or polyphonic doo-wop classics are also part of the repertoire. This North German combo rocks and rolls and the audience can dance, dream and sing along.

With drums, double bass, two guitars, French horn (!) and vocals, this four-piece band performs cover versions as well as some of their own songs about lively bees, hot boxes and fat, unruly burgers. In 2023, the song "Never Put Your Burger Down" was released on the sampler "Frischer Wind aus dem Norden - Dritte Böe".

The five-piece band around the charming singer Kikki, with singer and guitarist Kay, whose voice is reminiscent of Johnny Cash, brings you powerful original compositions as well as rousing cover songs, interpreted in their own style. The combination of rock'n roll, country, surf and modern elements creates a unique and fresh sound that thrills the audience. Their energetic instrumental interludes and dynamic performance create an irresistible atmosphere.
