Trucks are indispensable. Almost everything we need and use has been on a truck at some point on its way to us. Our cities and their residents, businesses and stores depend on delivery traffic.

Most people know trucks from the perspective of drivers who get upset about traffic jams, "elephant races" on the highway or blocked city streets. Pedestrians and cyclists are afraid of being overlooked by them in traffic. But who knows the drivers and their everyday lives?

"On the road again" is the first major exhibition to focus on truck drivers: what is it like to work and live as a truck driver on the road, at the rest area, in the truck itself? What makes the job a passion for many of them, despite some adversities? The exhibition also looks at topics such as globalization, logistics and the future of the industry.
