One Billion Rising Bremen - Tanzdemo- mit Special Guest Paulinko

On February 14, 2025, the global movement One Billion Rising is calling on everyone in Bremen and the surrounding area to take part in a dance demo. The event will start at 3:30 pm on Bremen's Domshof - a powerful signal against violence against girls, women and FLINTA*.

One Billion Rising 2025 will be accompanied by a special highlight: The band Paulinko will delight with an exclusive performance and create a rousing atmosphere.

Bettina Wilhelm, the State Commissioner for Women, will address the audience with a political speech.

Violence against girls, women and FLINTA* is a terrifying reality that affects us all: according to the UN, one in three people worldwide experience violence at least once in their lives.

One Billion Rising relies on dance as a symbol of protest and solidarity. We dance together to experience and visualize strength, joy and solidarity. The guided dance invites everyone to set a positive example and feel their own strength together.

Join the largest worldwide protest against violence against women! Let's dance together to send a strong signal for change - for a world in which everyone can live safely and freely.
