Online-Workshop: Gendersensible Sprache – Basics

What can I expect?

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of gender-sensitive language. Together, we will explore how you can communicate in a more linguistically inclusive way - both at work and in your private life. You will work with practical examples, try out different approaches and can ask your own questions. Uncertainties and unanswered questions will not be ignored, but considered as part of the process. The aim is to develop a confident and flexible approach to gender-sensitive language.

Who is it for?

The workshop is aimed at anyone who has had little or no contact with gender-sensitive language. Whether in your free time, at work or in public appearances - here you will work with others to develop appreciative formulations that make diversity visible.

Why should I take part?

Our language shapes how we perceive and address people. In this workshop, you will develop the ability to use language more consciously and respond to individual needs. You will learn how to reduce insecurities and what options there are for speaking and writing in a gender-sensitive or neutral way. The focus is on an attitude that allows for mistakes and promotes development.
