Open-air cinema: THE TEACHER WHO PROMISED US THE SEA**
Spain 1935: Shortly before the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War, the young teacher Antoni Benaiges takes over the elementary school of a small, remote village in the province of Burgos. Thanks to his progressive, anti-authoritarian teaching methods, he quickly builds up a trusting relationship with his class. However, his friendly approach to the children is viewed with suspicion by parents and village leaders. And then Benaiges makes a promise to his pupils: During the summer vacation, he wants to show them the sea, which the children have never seen before. This idea is met with great skepticism by the children's parents...
