Thelma and Louise in Moroccan: a road movie about three women on their way to freedom. Zineb, a professional trickster and con artist, escapes from prison with her 11-year-old daughter Ines. Their paths cross with Asma, a young mechanic who is trapped in her everyday life. During the day she dreams of the outside world and at night of a life without forced marriage. A long escape begins. From Casablanca across the Atlas Mountains to the south of Morocco and the coasts of the Atlantic. Arabic mythology is also included as a fantasy element. But the longer they travel, the more doubtful it becomes whether freedom really awaits them at the end.

Language: Moroccan Arabic with German subtitles
