Maria Groß has worked as a top chef in many Michelin-starred kitchens around the world and is well known to TV audiences thanks to her amiable and direct manner and appearances on "The Taste" and "Kitchen Impossible". After turning her back on Michelin-starred gastronomy, Maria now welcomes her guests to her restaurant "Bachstelze", an old brick villa near Erfurt, with a warm welcome and a focus on regionality and sustainability.
