The organ concert series of the "1st International Organ Summer Nuremberg" will start soon and will be opened by Prof. Ruben Sturm from Munich Cathedral!
Among others on the program:
🎼 his own arrangement of the festive "Overture" from Handel's "Fireworks Music"
🎼 Mendelssohn Bartholdy's majestic 4th organ sonata
🎼 Reger's lyrical "Kanzone"
🎹 Highlight of the evening:
Ruben Sturm, also head of the organ improvisation class at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, will demonstrate his skills on the Lorenz organs with improvisations on summer songs.
