Orgelsommerkonzert mit Christiane Bräutigam

On Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 3:00 pm, the Kreuzkirche Dresden will open its doors for a very special concert as part of the Organ Summer. You can look forward to the outstanding organist Christiane Bräutigam, who will bring the queen of instruments to life with a varied program. Admission to this concert is free of charge.

Christiane Bräutigam is not only an accomplished performer, but also the 26th successor to the famous "Protestant original cantor" Johann Walter in her role as church musician in Torgau. Her musical work is characterized by the cultivation of Johann Walter's music and an exciting spectrum ranging from early music to contemporary works. She also teaches at the Leipzig University of Music and Theater and was a cantor at the Protestant Reformed Church in Leipzig for many years.
