Conjure up your festive Easter menu: Foam soup of lamb's lettuce with prawns, gigotine of corn-fed poulard with frisee salad bouquet, leg of lamb from the oven with beans and potato gratin and mille feuilles of carrot cake.
Please bring an apron, a kitchen towel, a container for leftovers, a chopping board and a small and a large knife.
