Duo Pascal and Mar.gerrit / Action Painting Performance & Artists

The artist duo Pascal and MarGerrit began offering an artistic platform in 2023 to connect people from different social and cultural contexts and create artistic spaces for the negotiation of identity and perception. At "ADHS is power" (2023) and "OUT OF LINE - fokussiert atypische DenkARTen" (2024) in Cologne, twenty neurodivergent, disabled and non-disabled artists took an interdisciplinary stance on the topics of exclusion, limitation and non-linear life paths. The artists reached up to 800 visitors, who can be integrated through a focus on interactive art forms.

With exhibits from their action painting performances, they created a spatial installation at KKT that translates atypical ways of thinking into visual structures.

At the vernissage on October 18, 2025, you are invited to KKT to creatively explore non-linear life paths, including breaks and deviations. How do we move in the field of tension between uncertainty and courage, with the longing for belonging and at the same time the expression of individuality? Using improvisation and interaction between the artists and the audience, the aim is to invite people to rethink their own perspectives on normative and non-normative structures. How does the inherent logic of individual perception negotiate the experience of the world between chaos and order?
