As part of the program accompanying the exhibition BLOCKEN / Further Reductions by Nina Könnemann, Haus am Waldsee invites you to a summer film screening in the garden on 18 July.

Organized by artist Leslie Bauer and accompanied by live commentary, the program includes an interrupted film, film excerpts and video works by Lynda Benglis, Axel Engstfeld, O.Funmilayo Makarah/Mandela, Nina Könnemann, Helke Misselwitz, Corneliu Porumboiu, Helga Rademeister, Carole Roussopoulos, Siw Umsonst, Videobase, Otty Widasari and Joyce Wieland.

The screening draws on a video interface that was developed as part of earlier formats by Program - 23 , an artists' collective with which Leslie Bauer regularly collaborates.

Leslie Bauer works as a visual artist and publisher, among others in the context of Bauer Verlag, Filmclub FFM and Program - 23.

The café will be open throughout the evening.
