For the fifth time, the EinTanzHaus asks Und Jetzt? With moments of coming together, guest performances and dinners together, we invite you to our festival from May 2 to June 7.

Ouverture - piece for dancers and a wandering audience

It is important to have a secret, a premonition of unknown things. People need to feel that they live in a world that is mysterious in some respects: that inexplicable things happen and are experienced. Only then will life be complete. (CJ)

The third creation by dancer and choreographer Géraldine Chollet is inspired by the medieval tradition of mystery theater. These communal ceremonies were used to invoke the afterlife in order to ask for mercy, obtain benevolence or question oneself. The choreographer proposes here to open a dialog with the sensual to explore the relationships between what we have been given and what we leave behind. Recognizing what we have, accepting what we lack, celebrating what is yet to come.
