As part of the "club mal anders" campaign, the format "Fehler, Fails und Fuckups" is taking place at the PHOXXI GREEN AREA, the outdoor meadow at the Deichtorhallen.

The format from Berlin invites all DJs, promoters and music enthusiasts to take a look at the challenges of the music industry. In an environment where failures often remain hidden, this workshop offers a space for open discussions about setbacks and the valuable lessons that can come from them. Led by Michelle Kaletta-Horrig (CURA Berlin), Erik (Black Mirror Park) and Ayosha Kortlang (ZUSAMMENKUNFT Berlin eG/THF Radio/Torhaus Berlin) as well as a guest from the Hamburg music industry, participants will come together to share their experiences, anonymously submit their own failures and develop effective resilience strategies. Group exercises and networking will create a supportive community that makes it clear that failure is not the end, but the beginning of growth. The format offers the opportunity to gain new perspectives and master the challenges of club culture together.

There will also be music and drinks at the PHOXXI GREEN AREA from 14:00 to 22:00.
