With Formfragen, innovative techniques and creative methods complement the classic cinema experience.

This year we are presenting a long-term observation spanning 30 years. Aysun Bademsoy shows women who remain seekers. Her documentary position develops a multi-layered portrait of former female soccer players and asks how life paths are shaped across generations.

Safiye, Arzu, Türkan, Nalan and Nazan from BSC-Agrispor are at home in Berlin-Kreuzberg. We get to know the girls at training, at away games, at home with their families and at their workplaces. Time passes: while the friends enjoy the Berlin summer, they think about leaving the club. Their lives continue to change, they drop out of education and start families. 30 years after their first rapprochement, the focus turns to the next generation. Born and raised in Germany, their daughters ask themselves: Do we really feel accepted here? Meanwhile, the players recall a youth in which the game of soccer provided the space for emancipation.
