Partizipation leben: Mitmach-Konferenz des Studiengangs Ökonomie - Verantwortung - Institutionsgestaltung

Are you interested in participation within organizations, teams or companies? You ask yourself: How can there be more co-determination in my working environment? How can we work better together as a team? And how can the power structures in our company be changed?

We are students of the Master's program "Economics - Responsibility - Institutional Design" (ÖVI) and would like to invite you to our "Join-in Conference" from July 10-12, 2025 in Koblenz at the Hochschule für Gesellschaftsgestaltung. The guiding theme of our event is: "Living participation".

Are you an educator in a daycare center and thinking about a participatory offer for your group? Are you an employee in a medium-sized company and would like to present a method that you use in your team consultation? Are you a teacher looking for ways to involve students more in decision-making processes? Do you work in an urban planning office and want to integrate female citizens into construction projects? Do you run a neighborhood initiative and need ideas for inclusive decision-making? Do you work in university administration and want to involve students in curriculum development?

This conference is designed for networking and mutual empowerment for everyone involved in social processes. You can expect two and a half days with a wide variety of formats: From inputs on projects and group discussions to workshops on methods of participation and transformation and many other formats.

Take part:
As a participatory conference, the event thrives on your contribution.
All participants are invited to either give an input, present a method, present a project or bring in a process or case where they need support.
