Dutch cabaret artist Patrick Nederkoorn wants to move to the German-Dutch border. In a sympathetic, disarming and naturally funny way, he finds out which side of the border he will spend his future on. In the country where drugs are legally consumed and cheese is indulged in? Or in Holland after all?
In his second German-language program, Patrick combines personal stories with current issues. "Der fliehende Holänder" is a musical, touching and refreshingly funny program about borders, love, flight, family and taxes. And about how differences between people can be bridged.
Patrick is known from the SAT.1 program "Germany's Best Comedians" - and as a Dutchman, that's saying something. He was nominated for the Prix Pantheon with his first program "Die orangene Gefahr" and won the comedy jackpot. He also won the Franconian Cabaret Prize 2023, the Tuttlinger Krähe 2023 and the Reinheimer Satirelöwen 2023. The Bonner General-Anzeiger wrote: "Nederkoorn is indeed a strong comedian, excellent singer and born entertainer".
The program is a collaboration with the Kom(m)ödchen in Düsseldorf.
