At the center of the play are two clowns who navigate through the dark chapters of Western history. From the biblical stories of Cain and Abel to the atrocities of the Crusades, the horrors of the Inquisition and the burning of witches, the Napoleonic wars and the modern war for oil - the play sheds light on the warlike conflicts of human history and puts them in a grotesque, clownish light. Despite all the violence and chaos, a wise cook tries to bring an element of peace and love into the clowns' conflict-torn world with her serenity. She cooks her favorite soup live on stage. Because isn't it true that eating together brings people together? Will the clowns manage to dine together peacefully in the end by overcoming the spiral of violence? In a unique blend of humor and profound seriousness, this gripping production promises an unforgettable theatrical experience that transports the audience into an absurd yet fascinating world full of contrasts.
