Up close and personal in Hanover. Today is the next additional show: Peter Shub plays his solo evening with us almost every year:

For a long time, he only speaks through his body in his successful program. He lets himself be pulled by a leash that has no dog on it, hangs as a coat hanger in a coat so crookedly on the coat rack that his head has almost disappeared inside the coat, extends his arm endlessly before his camera tripod can apparently walk...

With often very small gestures and captivating looks, the US actor fascinates his audience. Peter Shub plays not just one, but many characters: the camera tripod mutates into a lover, the coat rack becomes a trap, he is born and he dies in candlelight.

Gait, looks, gestures, rhythm, balance, imitation - everything fits, everything is spot on - sparingly and precisely. That's why he belongs to the world class of clowns! We simply have fun when he shows us in minute detail how joy, resentment or false leads are created.
