Peter und der Wolf

A musical fairy tale based on Sergei Prokofiev for young and old by the Eckstein Puppet Theater.

The fairy tale "Peter and the Wolf" is the best-known and most popular work by composer Sergei Prokofiev for young and old alike. The story is that of the courageous little boy Peter, who lives with his grandfather in rural Russia. When he accidentally leaves the garden gate open one day, the nasty wolf takes the opportunity to devour the duck that has escaped from the garden. But with the help of his little feathered friend, the bird, Peter manages to defeat the terrible wolf.
