Fresh, captivating and unpredictable, the Phantoms' new songs come through the speakers into the ear canals and draw the listener into a new world full of emotion and adventure. The new album "FOREVER DARK" will be released on 7.11.2025.

The Phantoms started their career over 30 years ago with a sold-out sensational concert at the Musiktheater Piano in Dortmund. On 06.12.2025 the Phantoms are back on stage!

In the nineties, the Phantoms caused a sensation with over 800 unforgettable concerts, tours with Iggy Pop, Stranglers, Sisters of Mercy, Sex Pistols, Cypress Hill, Prodigy and many others with their magical-mystical music, 9 albums and their unique stage show. In the mid-nineties, the song "SUN" was in the top 3 of the official German charts of DAC alongside Metallica "One" and Nirvana "Smells like Spirit" and filled rock dance floors all over Europe. The Phantoms produced the first official soundtrack "Sea Warrior" for Sea Shepherd. On the TV show Arabella, they confessed to using hashish with their song "Mary Jane", which was also played in the current sports studio... The Phantoms turned the world upside down!

After a break of over 20 years and excursions with other musical projects, Sir Hannes had a strong desire to bring the Phantoms back to life.

Now the video clip for "SUN" has been produced, which Sony Musik missed at the time. A new song "STOCKING GIRL" was also released.

Unfortunately, the original line-up could no longer start due to death and illness, so that the optimal line-up was sought and found in a lengthy search phase.

The demo songs gave both listeners and musicians goose bumps...
