PICNIC DANCE | Meeting of the Tribe

Dear human being,

With open hearts, we invite you to follow the call of nature. In the majestic Stammheim Castle Park, we open up a sacred space for encounters, expression and celebrating life together.

Our PICNIC DANCE is more than an event - it is a field of connection in which we dance, sing, share and meet in true presence. An invitation to leave everyday life behind us and form a nourishing circle together.


📅 TIMETABLE:

16:00 | Arrival & opening of the space
Together we create and decorate our nature altar. Bring a symbolic natural object that you find on your path - a feather, a stone, a flower or a branch that calls to you.

17:00 | Movement & free expressive dance
After our opening circle, we follow guided movement impulses to arrive in the body and connect with the group. From this, free expressive dance unfolds - a space without guidelines in which your authentic expression can flow. We will be accompanied by wonderful live musicians who will hold the space with their sounds.

19:30 | Buffet of abundance
Together we open our vegetarian buffet and create a space to nourish and connect. A moment of community and sharing.

20:00-21:11 | Sunset songs
In the golden light of the setting day, we sing songs of the heart into the sunset - a magical conclusion to our circle together.


🎒 PACKING LIST:

- A natural object for our common altar
- A picnic blanket to sit and be
- Something nourishing for our vegetarian buffet
- Your own crockery, cutlery and drinking vessels (zero waste)
- Musical instruments, if you like
- Toys for the little people
- Clothes suitable for the weather
- A small garbage bag (leave no trace)
- Your open presence & joy in being together

Weather regulation:

In case of heavy rain or thunderstorms, we will inform you by 12 noon on the day of the event by e-mail about a possible cancellation.
