Pilates in Nature

Our Pilates in nature series continues!

Last time we were by the river, this time we'll be nestled in the green of Frankfurt city in Grüneburgpark.

Here are our July dates. We have an intermediate class for those with some Pilates experience and a beginners class for those new or with little Pilates experience.

🕚 Intermediate level: 10am - 11am

🕚 Beginner level: 11:15am - 12:15pm

• Outdoor small group class.
• Learn to move better, increase body awareness and feel stronger.
• All bodies and abilities are welcome.
• Class will be guided in English.

💛 We know Pilates classes can be expensive, so this one is pay-what-you-can to keep movement accessible to you.
