Unmanned space probes have explored the planets of our solar system, minor planets and comets. Numerous breathtaking images and research data have been transmitted to Earth from these distant worlds. What might explorers experience in the future when visiting these celestial bodies?
To begin with, we marvel at the current starry sky under the dome of the planetarium. We take a short tour of the current constellations. Highlights are the currently visible planets. It is shown when and where you can find them in the sky. It's not that difficult!
On a fantastic journey, we visit Mars and go in search of traces of life. Then we dive into the cloud swirls of the giant planet Jupiter, visit moons and cross the spectacular rings of the planet Saturn. On top of that, we will visit a disintegrating comet nucleus to recover pristine comet ice.
