Playground Movement Workshop

In this workshop we dive into the world of movement and improvisation. The first part is dedicated to *Movement Exploration* and *Contact Improvisation*, in which we playfully discover the body and experience communication through movement. In the second part, we are guided by the freedom of improvisation: Without fixed rules, with movement, voice and acting, there are no limits - everything may, nothing must.

On the surface, it is a game that is primarily intended to be fun and strengthen the connection to others. On a deeper level, this practice allows you to shed your shell, release blockages and deal directly with feelings such as fear or shame. It is an opportunity to release emotional energy and create a space in which pent-up feelings can be discharged.

The workshop offers a safe space, is inclusive and suitable for people of all ages and physical fitness levels. No previous experience is necessary.
