Poetry Slam – moderiert von Florian Stein

In the organizer's words:

Here, hammer and anvil are swapped for microphone and lyric sheet - courageous poets have cast words into verses and stories from glowing ideas and forge them into shape on stage.

Hard truths, fiery confessions, smoky stories, brilliant poetry: this shows just how diverse the poetry slam scene has become, because diversity is a top priority here and our stage is open to everyone. But who will win the "Golden Horseshoe" at the end of the evening? There can only be one, and who that is is decided solely by the audience.

The varied and interactive evening in the Altstadtschmiede will be hosted by Florian Stein.

The event is part of REspect4You and is a cooperation project between the city of Recklinghausen, the Altstadtschmiede and WoW Poetry Slam (www.wow-slam.de)
