Pop up Comedy hat ein neues zuhause in Aachen

Comedian and entertainer Lars Hohlfeld has been presenting Germany's funniest comedians at various popular venues for over 10 years, including in Aachen since 2012.

Many of today's well-known comedians could already be seen in this show before they became stars. With around 70 dates a year, pop-up comedy is an integral part of the cultural scene in NRW and beyond.

Humour fans can expect a mix of comedy and music that is guaranteed to leave no dry eye in the house. Also taking part are: Jens Heinrich Claassen, who is one of the absolute audience favorites in the comedy scene. His "supervised comedy" can now be found on the most renowned stages in German-speaking countries and beyond. He can also be seen regularly on television.
John Doyle is one of Germany's best stand-up comedians and has already appeared in numerous TV shows and on the radio. When he talks about everyday life in a relaxed and likeable way, there is no stopping him and this is how the German-American from New Jersey has made a name for himself. Otto Waalkes said of him: "I didn't know that an American could be so funny in German.
The third member of the group is Timur Turga, who has been seeing the world through different eyes for several years. Almost blind and armed with a cane, he talks humorously about his everyday encounters.
