Preis für Popkultur 2025

In the organizer's words:

The Pop Culture Award is more than just an award ceremony - it is a declaration of love to the music scene and its creative minds. On April 23, 2025 in Düsseldorf, prizes will be awarded in eleven categories.

Exciting new artists will be among those taking part: Abor & Tynna, bac, Paula Carolina and PAULINKO have been confirmed so far. Also on stage: well-known personalities from the jury for the laudations, including Nadja Benaissa (No Angels) and Elke Kuhlen (c/o pop). The evening will be hosted by Diona Bathily from Berlin and Chris Brow from Düsseldorf.

The Verein zur Förderung der Popkultur e.V. is committed to promoting an innovative and diverse musical landscape. Members can help determine the winners of the Prize for Pop Culture and actively participate in the network of artists, creatives and experts. Join now and help shape the Pop Culture Prize! Of course, all members are invited to the big award ceremony and the association's other events.

The Pop Culture Prize 2025 is supported by the Initiative Musik - with funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media - and GVL. The award ceremony in the Rheinterrasse Düsseldorf will take place in cooperation with MUSIC DÜSSELDORF and c/o pop. D.LIVE, Reservix, Rheinterrasse, satis&fy, TRIBE Hotels, YouTube Music and Visit Düsseldorf support the award as sponsors.

About the Verein zur Förderung der Popkultur e.V.: Founded in 2015, the association currently represents over 500 members from various sectors of the music industry and pop culture. Together, they are committed to a diverse and innovative music landscape. Previous award-winning acts include Beatsteaks, Betterov, Blond, Blumengarten, Danger Dan, Doro Pesch, Nina Chuba, No Angels, Novaa, Peter Fox, Ski Aggu and Suena.
