Redemption conditions:
Please send us an e-mail using the contact form on
with the following information: the desired date, the time, the number of people and the type of service you would like to book with us. Please bring a printed copy of the tickets with you on the day of your visit.
Important: Attach the tickets directly to your e-mail. We need to be able to see the exact service on the tickets/vouchers in order to make the booking for you. As soon as we have done this, you will receive a booking confirmation from our system.
Ticket variants:
In order to guarantee a smooth process, we ask you to register at our cash desk at least 30 minutes before the booked time of the playing area.
Regular: Cost per person per round of laser tag: €12.00*

- A reserved, decorated table for the birthday child and their friends 🎈🪑

The myStarcard player card from Laserstar is mandatory for Lasertag events and must be purchased once by each player at the cash desk for €5.00 per person.

- Assign a name and profile picture to your player and activate our premium vests ✨.
- Level up and unlock new skills and bonuses by playing successfully and achieving good results 🚀.
- Log in after the game at the member kiosk or via your online player account and view your trophies 🏆.
- Change your avatar at any time and set new game objectives to earn more trophies 🎯.
The first activation and the creation of player profiles will take place directly on site at the registration kiosks.

🚨 IMPORTANT RULES OF CONDUCT 🚨
❌ No confetti & no glitter dust!
Please do not ignite or distribute anything in the system that contains confetti or glitter. This causes damage and time-consuming cleaning.
🔥 No naked flames!
Not even on birthday cakes! There is a high risk that the extinguishing system will activate - in an emergency, your group will be liable for all the damage.
🍾 No alcohol!
Bringing alcohol is strictly prohibited - no exceptions.
💸 We charge a flat-rate processing fee of €50 for violations
plus cleaning or repair costs.
🧾 By entering the facility, you agree to these house rules.
👮♂️ Should our staff point out any breaches of the rules and these are not observed
we will unfortunately have to cancel your event.
