At 30, you should be in a relationship. A ring on your finger or in sight would be nice. You should have traveled the world. Be at the forefront of your career. Have your household under control. And you should at least be planning to have a child. There it is, the rush hour of life. When you turn 30, the pressure and comparisons start: Who is where in life? Who has already achieved something? Who is doing better? It is precisely this pressure that the authors want to take away with their book, with the help of an anti-checklist: 30 things you don't need to have achieved by the time you're 30. Christina, Clare and Katrin tell their personal stories and show you how to deal with individual and societal expectations. Because no one can decide what it means to be 30 better than you.
