Prima Kunst: Schirin Rafii - Kalte Füße

In the organizer's words:

Schirin Rafii (born 2003 in Lübeck) is studying fine art to become a teacher in Kiel. There she is part of the sculpture class of the Fort artists' collective at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and is currently working towards her bachelor's degree.

In her work, she deals with the depiction of the disgusting and absurd, which is exhibited through the use of the human body and its materials. The viewer's reaction plays a particularly important role here. She uses materials such as wax and human hair to trigger an emotional or physical reaction.
The aim is to question, dissolve and rethink socially established rules and conventions.
