Project AREA51

Kiel will once again become a mecca for film and pop culture fans in 2025! The Project AREA51 charity convention will open its doors at the Wunderino Arena Kiel on July 19 and 20, 2025 and promises to be an event that will make nerd hearts beat faster.

Following the huge success of the first Project AREA51 in 2022, which raised over 10,000 euros for charitable causes, the second edition will be even bigger, more colorful and more diverse. The non-profit association Project AREA51 e.V. is organizing the event to once again support regional organizations - this time the proceeds will go to Trauernde Kinder Schleswig-Holstein e.V.

What visitors can expect:

• Star guests from film and television: From voice actors and actors to well-known faces from the nerd scene - exciting talks and autograph sessions are guaranteed!
• Unique exhibitors and fan clubs: The convention offers everything a fan's heart desires - from collector's items and works of art to lovingly designed fan club stands.
• Two stages: While the big stage delights with panels and talks, the small stage, the Klönschnack Lounge, offers space for creative formats such as live podcasts and community activities.
• Exclusive highlights: With partners such as the impressive Star Wars exhibition Outpost One and innovative concepts from Contzept Veranstaltungstechnik, visual and content highlights are guaranteed.

Project AREA51 is not just an event for nerds and geeks, but also a platform for doing good. The organizing team puts its heart and soul into creating an unforgettable weekend - for fans and for a good cause.
