Two women, a department store parking deck and a chaotic journey into the past - a fast-paced comedy about friendship, secrets and chance.

"Prosecco for Two" tells the story of two women in their forties who meet on the parking deck of a large department store to go on their annual Ibiza vacation. But the plan takes an unexpected turn when the two are suddenly stranded on the parking deck. The exit remains locked, the cell phones are at home and there is no exit in sight.

What begins as a harmless meeting between friends turns into a surprising flashback to the pair's past. While they wait to be rescued, forgotten memories and long-buried secrets come to light. From their first kiss to painful losses, the stories they share are a mixture of beautiful moments and well-kept secrets. The humor that connects the two women helps them get through the chaos of the situation - even when a somewhat unexpected twist suddenly makes things even more dramatic: someone is accidentally murdered.

But don't worry, prosecco, wit and a good dose of self-irony are always on hand to make things appear in a surprisingly humorous light. For as much as the two women learn about themselves and each other during this involuntary time-out, one thing is clear: friendship has many faces - and sometimes it doesn't take more than a casual quip and a good drop to bring life back into balance.
