19:00 - Let's get it started: Your hosts Sina & Steffi welcome you with the first glass of Prosecco

19:15 - Inspiring mini-talk on the concept of Self Compassion with Steffi: Learn why it is more important than Self Love and get personal insights with the matching personality test.

20:00 - Scent-based Journaling Session: This is about more than just theory! With the help of your own workbook, you will learn how to integrate self-compassion into your everyday life and thus become permanently happier. Fragrance expert Sina will also show you how the right fragrances can help.

20:30 - Create your natural perfume: top, heart and base notes? Sina will introduce you to the world of essential oils, explain what essential oils are and what they can be used for. Afterwards, you can sniff your way through the wide range of oils and create your perfect fragrance with her help.

22:00 - Smells like love spirit! You set off for the weekend with new insights, a full heart and your own perfume roll-on :)
