The quartet has been around since 2019, coming together in Munich's Werksviertel district and finding their own style through extensive jam sessions.
Psychedelic sixties rock mixes with melodic, sweet indie pop aesthetics and sprawling space jam parts. Herbaceous psych meets stoner riffs, funk ensnares dirty fuzz. Songs that take surprising turns, that take their time - as do the lyrics, which always demand attention.
The love for the sound of the 70s is always audible, but the four musicians also enter modern playgrounds with self-confidence and a lot of fun. The interplay between guitars, synthesizer and electric piano as well as the polyphonic vocals give the band's sound an idiosyncratic and recognizable charm. Here, contradictions merge into a unity and, as the SZ wrote so beautifully, "Pavement meets Krautrock eccentricity. Indie simplicity fades into psychedelic structures."

Pyramid. A journey back to a time when music could still make a difference and the mainstream still consisted of bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, King Crimson and Black Sabbath. Thanks to their individuality and creativity, these musicians became globally recognized artists and their music became a kind of universal religion for many people. The three guys from Pyramid are stylistically oriented towards this generation-defining sound and create their very own soundscape under the influence of many modern bands such as Colour Haze, Sungrazer, Kyuss, Sleep and Fu Manchu. Hard driving riffs meet psychedelic soundscapes, far removed from all earthly matters.
