Gentle loosening and stretching exercises
In the summer course we practise - in addition to basic exercises - the so-called '5 elements exercise' (also known as the 'harmony exercise') and movement patterns from the 'eight brocade exercises'. At the last session, the relaxation is accompanied by a gong. You will then have the opportunity - perhaps for the first time - to strike a gong.
Qigong is suitable for people with and without physical impairments. No previous knowledge is required.
